He praised President Xi Jinping’s visionary leadership, under which China has emerged as a beacon of progress and prosperity for the world. Reflecting on his recent visit to China, PM Shehbaz described it as “highly fruitful and productive,” highlighting major achievements, including high-level engagements at the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit, a B2B conference, and the signing of multi-billion-dollar investment accords. He emphasized that the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC)—the flagship of Pak-China cooperation—has now entered its transformative second phase, poised to bring lasting peace, economic growth, and prosperity to both nations.
