Pakistani students recently showcased their nation’s cultural heritage and natural beauty at an international youth exchange event in Nanjing, China. The event, held ahead of China’s National Ecology Day, gathered over 50 young people from various countries to discuss ecological protection and urban development. Faria Rashid presented Pakistan’s UNESCO World Heritage Sites, including the Lahore Fort and Shalimar Gardens, while Manahil Aftab captivated the audience with descriptions of the Hunza and Skardu valleys. The students’ presentations highlighted the country’s rich history and commitment to sustainable tourism. The event concluded with a joint initiative, pledging global cooperation to protect the environment and promote low-carbon lifestyles.
